My path through microbiology led from culture plates to three published papers, and eventually to the classroom.

Now I teach secondary science in Melbourne. Two science master’s degrees, microbiology at Bangalore University and biotechnology and bioinformatics at La Trobe, plus a Master of Teaching from Victoria University, sit behind every lesson I write. What follows is the line that connects them.
